We have many years experience in building controls
including heating, ventilating and air conditioning control and our particular
specialisation is systems for controlling smoke within buildings.
Keltron Controls are able to design, manufacture, install, commission and maintain these
systems which range from simple low cost monitoring systems to the most sophisticated
control systems using programmable logic controllers and building management system
interfaces.
Systems have been installed in shopping centres, office buildings, hospitals, road and
rail tunnels throughout the UK.
Addressable control systems are used to reduce wiring costs. These systems are based
on a standard fire detection communications protocol for high integrity. All
components on the system (smoke dampers, fans, etc) are connected via a two wire
communications loop which can be run in heat proof cable (eg, pyro, Firetuf).
Interface include active mimic displays, keyboard displays and serial interfaces to
building management systems.
Keltron Controls Ltd operate from a modern business unit in High Wycombe and all technical
functions are carried out in-house. We currently operate nationally within the UK
but would welcome enquires for overseas projects.
